Connection status is now shown via a color-coded icon, and historical issues can be viewed by instructors when clicking on it.
Step by Step
- Click the network status icon at the top right
- Any candidates who previously experienced a connectivity issue will be listed with the approximate time the issue occurred
- The network status icon will change colors as the quality of your connection improves / degrades.
REMEMBER!
- The connectivity log is historical, not real time.
- It can be used to determine if a candidate had a network issue that interfered with their experience during the meeting.
- Candidate network issues are their responsibility to troubleshoot and solve to the best of their ability.
- A hard wired, non-restricted (e.g. – work or school network) connection will guarantee the best experience during the meeting.
