Recording the Meeting Room

Each meeting room can be recorded and links to the playback are automatically displayed for the candidates.

Step by Step

  • Click the Start Recording button at the top of the screen
  • Click YES on the confirmation dialogue to begin
  • Click the button again to pause the recording and YES on the confirmation dialogue

REMEMBER!

  • Recordings include:
    • Presentation and Screen shares
    • Public Chat
    • Shared Notes
    • Polls and Responses
  • Shared external videos are NOT recorded
  • Recordings take time to process after the meeting is ended but links will be posted automatically on calendar events or in the communications message window when they are available.
  • Recordings can NOT be downloaded.
