Sharing via a link in the meeting room guarantees the best experience for viewing and interacting with video content.
Step by Step
- Click the plus icon action menu
- Select Share an External Video from the menu
- In the dialogue box, paste the link to your video
- Click the SHARE A NEW VIDEO button
- Click the plus icon action menu and select Stop Sharing External Video to return to the presentation
REMEMBER!
- If you can’t open the video in another browser tab, you won’t be able to share it via the meeting room.
- Privately listed YouTube videos will work if link sharing is configured appropriately.
- For training session footage outside of a course meeting, sharing the video directly will be a much better experience than a screen share or embedded video in a presentation.
