Setting Options for the Meeting Room

Different options can be used to control functions and alerts that occur during the meeting.

Step by Step

  • Click the three dot menu in the upper right corner
  • Click Settings in the menu
  • Using the menu on the left, navigate between the various settings pages
  • Make adjustments as necessary
  • Click the SAVE button to apply your changes

REMEMBER!

  • These settings are unique to the room you're in
  • It's a good idea to check / set notification options each time before your meeting starts
